You're doing well. So why does it still feel like you're guessing?

You hit your targets. Your team respects you. Your manager has no complaints.

And yet — at 11pm, you're still turning over the decision you made at 3pm. Still wondering if you read the room wrong. Still asking yourself if you were too direct, not direct enough, too quick, too slow.

This isn't imposter syndrome. It's something more specific — and more fixable.

In this week's Blog, I'm writing about why capable leaders second-guess themselves even when everything points to them doing well. And what changes when you understand why it's happening.
