Build your S&C programme here to support your running.
It doesn't have to be complicated. Follow these steps to build a solid S&C programme that will build strength, power and reduce injury risk.
If you need to add anything extra such as accessory exercises (e.g. calf raises) you can.
However the programme you create from this will give you the majority of what you need to support your running. Then just add your prehab/rehab work around it if you need to.
