The Yoga Hutch I am registered as a senior yoga teacher accredited with Yoga Alliance UK with 20 years teaching experience.

As a competent and compassionate carrier of the Ashtanga method and Somatic movement therapy practices I nurture a community of dedicated yogis. The Yoga Hutch is a private tranquil space in Surbiton, Surrey. We offer a warm friendly atmosphere where students benefit from clear instructions, gentle adjustment and a sensitive watchful eye.

20 years of teaching, I have loved every moment and am honoured to hold space for our cherished community of devoted yogis. A safe sanctuary where we have been through births and losses, successes and failures, creation and break-ups and so much more.
This practice, this time and space holds it all.
We are about to move our space as we recreate a new studio and embrace change.
I show up day after day with a skill developed through dedication and a compassion for each and every person who walks through the door. Come with me as we move to Surbiton Hockey Club on May 7. ❤️🙏❤️

Yoga Chikista really won over this weekend. The healing power of yoga practice, held in safe space by the most competent and humble of teachers ❤️🙏❤️
Ps. Those sleepy eyes are not just the remnants of my bug, they are mostly from 2 fabulous mysore practices, a fascinating (and hard) techniques workshop, all rounded off with the most blissful restorative Sunday afternoon. Met some wonderful fellow yogis too.❤️❤️❤️
