Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art which promotes self - development, flexibility & strength and incorporates Brazilian percussion. QMC's Capoeira school was established in Ealing & Kingston Borough in 2006 by Marcus Cabeca. Marcus Cabeca is a CRB Checked Brazilian Professor with 20 years experience in Capoeira. So far his work as a teacher has been awarded:
- TOP 3 Intervention Coach on UK COACH

ING AWARDS - 2018
- Appointed one of the TOP 10 Sports Coaches 2014 by London Awards (sponsored by Gillette)
- The Eileen Gray Trophy (Kingston Council, 2010)
- Coach of the year 2011 (Kingston University)

He has taught over 1000 kids in many schools across London & Kingston. As well as organising the Capoeira Demonstration at the London Paralympics Flag Handover Ceremony 2012. QMC's School of Capoeira UK offers:

Monitor Macaco - has been training capoeira for +16 years, starting his journey in Gran Canaria with Mestre Jo Capoeira. After his passing in 2010 Macaco trained with various other people maintaining his original capoeira contemporanea style and graduating as Monitor in 2019. By 2020 he started his regular classes in Manchester and has been continuing his Master's legacy.

He is also the Founder and Mentor of Cultural Center Brincar Capoeira which runs a project offering weekly Education, Capoeira and Food to Youn People in Brazil.
