y environment. There are two main areas – the gym which has numerous punch bags and a boxing ring which is used for sparring and pad work. Non contact boxing training is an excellent form of exercise for everyone. You will not be intimidated if you choose this type of training as a means to getting fitter, whatever your fitness level, age or gender. For those who want to take it further, sparring is available to those who get a mouthguard. Boxing training provides a good all round workout and it will help you to increase stamina, lose weight, tone muscles and in turn build your confidence. Complete novices to boxing training are advised to join in with one of the classes to begin with, where you will be given guidance and advice to suit your ability. Those that have trained before are able to workout individually or join a class if preferred. All boxing classes are led by qualified Amateur Boxing Association Coaches. Sparring is an optional activity for members who wish to do so. Two Kings Boxing Club was established in 2012 to provide a fitness facility and workout environment utilizing boxing as a means to get fit and stay fit.
