Est:1998 and now based at our new river front location in Kingston.We are a team of experts offering you the best health,fitness and rehab advice and treatment to be Fitter,Stronger,Faster,Better..All levels welcome. We have a complete approach to exercise and health and therefore our team consists not only of exercise specialist , but also nutritional therapist , osteopath, pilates instructor and

sport therapist. We want to attract motivated clients who want to make a long term change , we do not give quick fixes, we give constant support and advice to get the results.

Week 2 of Sam’s weekly walk.
This time he made it even further walked the length of his road and then down a hill to the junction of the road below.
Also dodging the primary school exodus for end of term!
At least an extra 100m🙌🏽

He’s back in the gym again today hitting some weights too 💪🏾

Sam and Mark agreed on a challenge for Sam to walk the length of the road,just behind the gym.

It’s the furthest Sam’s walked in one go!

He made it! All the training is paying off and Sam’s getting more confident and able to push his boundaries further!

He even scored a try last week in his wheelchair basketball team! 💪🏾

Progression is always the aim with anyone who comes to us at PS..⬆️
