We are pleased to share with you our APS CAMPS Autumn update, with lots of exciting news!

* We are now taking bookings for APS CAMPS October half-term football specific, multi sports and arts and crafts camps at Silhilians Sports Club. See leaflet attached.

* We are also excited to confirm that APS CAMPS now has Ofsted registration for the Sils (Ofsted Registration Number 2655776) which means we can now accept childcare vouchers and childcare towards payment for our holiday camps. Any queries let me know.

* On Saturday 25th September, APS CAMPS will be running mini football and multi-sports sessions at Knowle Family Fun Day at Knowle School. All children welcome. £2 for each 15 minute session with all proceeds going to the school so do come and join us if you can!

* APS CAMPS bespoke birthday parties are booking up fast - please see leaflet attached. How are we different? We work with the birthday boy or girl to arrange the sports they love the most and fit this into their chosen theme for the party. Recent themes include Transformers, Villa FC, Princesses, Racing Drivers, Jungle (and more!). We then design each child's unique party around these 2 key areas so no two parties are ever the same! APS CAMPS

As we start planning for our last week of football ⚽️ specific, multi sports 🏀 🎾⛳️🏏🏉🏓🥎🏒 and arts 🎭 and crafts 🎨 camp we wanted to share with you some of the things to expect.

When each child starts a camp they get an Apscamps passport. This is stamped with a red star ⭐️ each time they do an activity. The point of this is that the child can track what they have done and parents can see the range of activities they have completed throughout each day. It also allows the children to write down which friends they have played with, what their favourite activities were and what they might like to try the next time they come to the camp. We hope this is a good conversation starter for parents and children in the evening.

Also each day we have sticker awards for Apscamps superstars. These are given out for great behaviour, children who challenged themselves and also things such as good sportsmanship and working as part of a team or working hard on an arts and crafts projects.

We are excited to release the dates for our fantastic 4 week APS CAMPS summer holiday programme for Kingston upon Thames held at St Paul's Primary School. We have so many exciting multi sports, football specific, and arts and crafts activities on offer for everyone to enjoy! The dates are as follows:

Week 1:

Monday 24th July 2017 - Friday 28th July 2017

Week 2:

Monday 31st July 2017 - Friday 4th August 2017

Week 3:

Monday 21st August 2017 - Friday 25th August 2017

Week 4:

Tuesday 29th August 2017 - Friday 1st September 2017

Remember we still offer 50% siblings discount on all places and the greatest range of activities that your children can enjoy, with up to 4 different activities every 40 minutes!

To sign your child up complete a registration form on our leaflet and return to St Paul's Primary School reception with cash or cheque payable to "APS CAMPS" or via our office at APS CAMPS, 41 Waters Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 3LW. We expect demand for bookings to be high and booking is only secured once payment has been received. A provisional booking can be made via email with the dates and child name.

Don't forget, APSCAMPS will also be running at St Paul's School during May half term (Tuesday 30th May to Friday 2nd June) and we are accepting bookings for this right now! Don't delay in securing your child's place!

We also have limited spaces available on our Monday afterschool multi sports programme and Friday football programme from 3.30pm to 4.30pm at St Paul's School for reception, year 3,4,5 and 6 for pupils who attend St Paul's School. Please see reception to complete a registration form and payment can be made there in cash. If you prefer to be emailed a leaflet to complete for the football or multi sports after school term time club then please reply via email.

APS CAMPS SUMMER HOLIDAY CAMP
APS CAMPS FOOTBALL, MULTI SPORTS & ARTS AND CRAFTS SUMMER CAMP COMING SOON.
After a very successful May & June camp we are only 6 weeks away from the Summer holidays. Attached our dates for the camp and a registration forms for the Summer camp so you can sign up now to secure your child’s place. The coaches are busy putting together some fantastic and inventive Summer activities for our arts and crafts camp and also some excellent new sports for them to try on our multi sports camp.
We have 2 exciting weeks of fun and activities for all the children attending the APS CAMPS holiday camp at St Paul’s School in Kingston. You can also get leaflets from School reception or email [email protected] or visit our page APS CAMPS. We are the cheapest provider for these fun activities in Kingston for 5 to 12 year olds and extremely proud of the quality of our provisions we provide. We also offer 3 payment options to parents. You can pay via bank transfer, cheque or cash via the school or via our office at 41 Waters Road, Kingston, KT1 3LW. We are currently creating a new website to display all holiday information on and booking facility so watch this space.
Dates and prices:
Monday 25th July 2016 – Friday 29th July 2016
Monday 1st August 2016 – Friday 5th August 2016
9am to 1pm (£22 a day) * siblings attend for £11
9am to 3pm (£30 a day) * siblings attend for £15
9am to 5pm (£40 a day) * siblings attend for £20
So what is new for the summer apart from new sports and arts and crafts activities??
After feedback from parents we have included an early drop off and late pick up for working parents. We understand that some parents need to drop their children off early or pick them up late. As a result and after listening to feedback we have introduced these options for parents.
Early Drop Off: 8.30am (£3 fee)
Late Pick Up: 5.30pm (£3 fee)
Please note that these must be booked and paid for on the morning of each day or in advance. Any child who is picked up late will be charged the £3 fee. This option unfortunately is not open to 1-1 supported children. Any questions please contact me for further information on 07944 296 721.

Hi All,

APS CAMPS is pleased to announce dates for February 2016 camp. The camp will be held from Monday, 15th February 2016 to Friday 19th February 2016. Leaflets will be coming out via email, facebook and school at the start of the new year. Please note there is no price increase for 2016 and some amazing new activities to look forward to in the new year at APS CAMPS. Wishing everyone a very merry Christmas and a fantastic 2016.

Dear Parents,

After the success of our APS CAMPS Summer holiday camps we have attached our October half term camp leaflet and dates. We will be running from Monday 26th October 2015 to Friday 30th October 2015. The reason we are releasing them so early is due to the amount of amazing records broken this summer and so parents and children can book up early to avoid disappointment due to the huge demand for places. We had some record numbers on the summer camp as you can see below.
- 10 out of 13 days were fully booked over the summer
- We had 7 members of staff each day meaning we could provide 4 different activities at the same time and provide 1-1 support for children who wanted to access APS CAMPS
- Record number of Summer Splash Vouchers used
- Record number of children from Kingston based schools
- Most arts and crafts made during any camp
- Most likes on our page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/APS-Camps/364842873695293)
We are already planning some new and exciting activities within our football, multi sports and arts and crafts programmes for October along with recruiting 2 female ex Chelsea players to our coaching team for the new school year and camps. Please sign up early to avoid missing out on a place. Places are secured on first come first served basis and by returning payment and registration form to school or us at APS CAMPS, 41 Waters Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 3LW.
Also we have added a payment option to help parents who find it easier to pay online. You can pay directly into APS CAMPS Account see below but payment must be in before day/week of camp and also registration form must be completed and returned to the school or APS CAMPS address.
