Here’s the honest scoop: ZMA is a combination of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6 — nutrients that play important roles in overall health, recovery, and sleep.

Some claims suggest ZMA can boost testosterone levels and enhance muscle gains, but the science tells a different story. For healthy men with normal vitamin and mineral levels, supplementing with ZMA doesn’t significantly increase testosterone. 10 years ago, I did my very first fitness photoshoot in London. Honestly, I wasn’t even that lean, I was exhausted, and looking back, I had zero idea what I was doing. I starved myself, spent countless hours doing cardio, and pushed my body to its absolute limit, all in the name of “getting shredded.” 💪

That was hands down the hardest cut I’ve ever done. It took a toll on my fledgling relationship with my now-wife — I was tired, irritable, and took out my frustration and exhaustion on her. Looking back, I realise I was sacrificing my health and happiness just to chase a certain look.
