Big shout out to who is our newest blue belt (and she got a huge cheer in the women’s class last night!)

It’s not been the easiest journey as is often the way, but Ketziya kept showing up and training even when things were tough.

She’s a legend in the women’s classes and is always there making everyone feel welcome on the mats. Huge congratulations!!

There’s another blue belt on the mats!! 🥳

Huge congratulations to for this promotion! Not only has he had amazing success in competition but he’s also had to overcome time off the mats due to injuries and life events. He’s always come back to training ready to help anyone else on the mats and has the best technical jiu jitsu as a result of his determination. Congratulations!!

Training consistently, technically and steadily - our black belt instructors were all saying how ready he was for a purple belt!

We are so proud of everyone that stepped on the mats to compete yesterday!!! There were some epic fights, brilliant jiu jitsu and amazing demonstrations of sportsmanship throughout the afternoon. A huge well done to you all 💪💪

Thank you to our awesome team of refs and helpers and to all the parents and supporters that came to cheer the competitors on!
