With a new month upon us, please give it up for our August and September Bootcamp anniversaries!! 🥳🥳🥳

Celebrating 1, 2 and 3 years of coming to Bootcamps, and what a joy it’s been to see these people come through our gates week in week out.

As coaches we get to witness their physical changes which is amazing! But to see these people grow in confidence, make new friends and enjoy exercise more than ever is another level 🙌

We are so proud of your dedication to your exercise routines, and so thankful you are choosing to do it with us 😃

September is around the corner and it’s always one of our busiest months in the whole year!

The kids are back at school, summer holidays are over, social plans might be fewer, and it’s a great chance to reset and get back into a consistent, healthy routine 💪

We have been a little quiet on social media this summer…

While our Bootcampers were running up and down the astroturf during a 7pm session one Monday, our newest Bootcamp member was busy coming onto the scene 🥰

It’s testament to Get Up + Go’s incredible coaching team that Bootcamps have been running better than ever this summer - huge thank you to ‘boss man’ and head coach Reggie, Sasha, Matt and Evan for always bringing the vibes to Bootcamp ✨🙌

We, and all who train with us, are so lucky to have you!

With September around the corner we are charging up for an amazing autumn/winter period here at Get Up + Go Bootcamps…

✅ The Six Week Challenge will be back 💪
✅ Our members only 28 Day Reboot starts mid September 🍴
✅ An autumn social event is in the pipeline 🥂
✅ And we have some exciting ideas for 2027 too 🗓️

And personally, we are quite excited for some fresh autumn air (and even a bit of rain!!) to return to classes after a very hot few months of outdoor training 😅

Meet our July member of the month, ALISON! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Next month marks Alison’s one year anniversary at Bootcamp, and the change in her relationship with exercise during that time is why we just had to celebrate her this month.

After being referred to us by a friend, Alison came along to try a session - she very openly said she didn’t like exercising and was lazy 😁🤣

⏩ Press fast forward and Alison joins up with a membership, and her love of exercise grows and grows! She caught the Bootcamp bug and hasn’t looked back 🙌

Alison has experienced
✅An increase in strength and energy
✅A notable decrease in menopause symptoms
✅A boost to her mental health
✅A new circle of friends
✅A new found appreciation for how exercise can positively impact your life, when you find your tribe ❤️

She celebrated her birthday earlier this week too… and came to Bootcamp! “Never in a million years did I think I’d be coming to exercise on my birthday” 🥳🎈

What an amazing change over 150 Bootcamps - such dedication, consistency and willingness to work hard 💪

Thank you for being such a warm, positive, focussed and friendly member Alison - you are a JOY and we are so glad you found us! 🙌

Members hitting these milestones is something that we are so proud of, especially when we know how much our members have going on. It’s not always easy to fit exercise into our busy lives, so to stay committed and consistent for so long deserves some serious respect and appreciation 👏👏👏👏

You are all LEDGENDS 👊

Apparently we were all saying “HAAAAAAAAAY” in this photo 😄👋👋

Please all put your hands together and say “HAAAAY” to our June member of the month, Sian!

Next month will be 2 whole years since Sian joined Get Up + Go Bootcamps, and 215 Bootcamps later she’s still smashing out sessions with so much focus, drive, and good humour 😍

A few years after having her son, Sian was feeling keen to carve out some time for herself and her fitness again. She’d been dealing with some back pain, a loss in confidence, and felt ready to start feeling more like herself again 💪

We are SO happy that Sian chose to try our Bootcamps, because her social nature and steely work ethic has made her someone that we all adore having in classes 🤩

There’s been such a huge improvement in Sian’s core strength, speed and athleticism too - she’s a machine!! She is someone who’s able to dig deep and challenge herself, and it shows 💪💪💪

It’s been a joy to see her show up for herself week in week out despite working full time, being a Mum to a 5 year old, a house move/renovation and just the demands of daily life! The juggle is real, and yet Sian has managed to integrate Bootcamps into her lifestyle in a way that’s sustainable and realistic for her ❤️

We have so much respect and appreciation for you Sian! Thanks for being such an inspiring and awesome member!

Those who make up our Bootcamp community are simply on another level - organising a surprise baby shower for us and our newest mini team member who’ll be making an appearance soon 🥹

We are totally blown away by the love and the generosity of everyone at Get Up + Go Bootcamps - you are all above and beyond! We don’t deserve you!
