It’s a new month, and that means a new member of the month… meet Alex! 🥳🥳🥳
Alex first enquired back in August 2023, but sat on our email list for a while 😉
9 months later, after we sent out an email prompting people to unsubscribe if they were no longer interested in Bootcamp, Alex replied with the opposite response - she was feeling ready to hear more about it and have a go! 😍
And that was that - Alex has now been thriving with us for the last 18 months, with 180 Bootcamps in the bag and a solid weekly routine.
The reason we wanted to highlight Alex was because she’s made changes quietly, gradually, methodically, and in a way that’s sustainable for her.
No drastic measures, not an ‘all or nothing’ approach, but an approach that’s lead to massive health improvements that are going to last, because it’s part of her lifestyle now (rather than being a phase).
Before Bootcamp, Alex had tried gyms but struggled to stick to it due to the lack of accountability and structure.
Since joining she has been able to stay consistent, lower her body fat %, build significant amounts of strength and stamina, and build confidence in herself and what she’s capable of doing! 💪💪💪
She’s a true example of changing a lifestyle over a sustained period of time. Making a commitment to herself and sticking to it. And we respect it so much!
In a word of quick fixes and short cuts, it’s so great to see Alex get her head down and better herself each week in the way that she has ❤️
