For some reason even though I went to a VE Day afternoon tea yesterday with my Dad and his wife, I forgot it was actually VE day today! Last year we did some wartime inspired routines didn't we in all my classes, but I guess it's a little different this year with me only just getting back on my feet as such!!! So we'll have to wait another year!!!

So great to finally teach zumba standing today🙌🎉🎉🎉

I just want to say a huge thank you for all of your patience over the past 11 weeks. I'm so lucky to have such loyal class members 🙏🩷🩷🩷🩷

Teaching from a chair today!!! Class you were amazing!!! I'm so sad to say that Friday Zumba Gold in Swanland is cancelled this week🥺😪😭😭😭 I'll try it chair based next week though but it's a little harder to do than keep fit!
