Wow… what a summer it’s been! ☀️ We’re down to our last week of camp – where has the time gone?!

At DDC, we’re all about making sure every child feels included, seen, and valued. With our specially catered small group ratios, we ensure that each player leaves camp having:

✅ Made great memories
✅ Had plenty of fun!

I’m back from my family holiday and can’t wait to see all our brilliant Footballers at camp tomorrow 🙌

We are a friendly, welcoming camp and still have places available for tomorrow and the remaining camp dates. If you fancy a great day of football, fun, and friends, come and join us! ⚽️🔥

What an amazing second week at camp last week🙌 It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces returning and to welcome some brilliant new players into the mix too. The energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship on display were top-notch all week long! 💥

We’ve had an amazing first week at our brand new football camp – full of energy, smiles, and top effort all round! 🙌

The kids had the perfect mix of:
✅ Learning new skills
✅ Developing social confidence
✅ Taking on exciting drills
✅ And most importantly… having FUN with friends! 🎉

Richard Dugmore – Founder of DDC (Dugmore Development Coaching)

I'm Richard Dugmore, and football has been a passion of mine for over 35 years. I began playing as a child and progressed to a semi-professional level, gaining a deep understanding and love for the game along the way. For the past 6 years, I’ve dedicated myself to coaching, working closely with young players to help them grow in confidence, skill, and enjoyment of the sport.

I’ve been proud to coach at Rubery Juniors throughout this time, and it’s here that my commitment to youth development truly took root. Through DDC – Dugmore Development Coaching – I now run exciting, inclusive football camps and development sessions where fun and learning go hand in hand.

I’m fully FA qualified, First Aid trained, Safeguarding certified, and DBS checked – providing a safe, professional, and supportive environment for every child I coach.

As a father to two football-loving boys – Finley (12) and Freddie (7) – I understand the importance of creating a positive, encouraging space for children to thrive both on and off the pitch.
