Ideal customers are for later. Starting out, you've not worked with enough people to know who's the ideal customer.

Have a general direction of customer and test your theories but don't get bogged down on the ideal customer. Keep your eyes open for who says yes quickly, pays largely and commits strongly.

Authenticity is standing your ground despite the consequences. You act as if there is no punishment.

But it's not a "normal" thing to do. And it means you're blending in and part of the crowd and that makes you forgettable.

Money isn't evil. It makes you more of what you are.

There are good business owners and there are bad business owners.
Sometimes, money has nothing to do with it but a lot of the time, it simply makes them more of what they are.
