I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes because if you’re making mistakes, then it means that you are doing new things, trying new things, you’re learning, you’re pushing yourself, you’re changing yourself, you’re changing your world 🌍

How is it been 1 week post show already 🤯 although it’s been an amazing time to reflect on everything that’s happen this year!

I always love to take some time to reflect and process everything post show. I have a rule that I apply to myself which is to take a step back breathe, focus and think… I think it’s extremely important to do that because it allows you not only to assess everything that you’ve achieved and at least to me it helps me to make a plan for the future in terms of my goals wether with life, business and bodybuilding 🙌🏼

It’s been an incredible journey 2021 so far and excited for what’s yet to come next year 🙌🏼

Well where to begin 🤩 3rd place on my first internacional GBO Atlas World Championship EVER and what an amazing experience I had and I will cherish this moment for the rest of my life!

I’m proud of what I brought to the stage and I’m proud I stood my ground to an HIGH and INCREDIBLE standard of athletes which is nothing like I’ve never seen! I know where I belong now and I know what needs to be done and that is to bring an undeniable physique for 2022 and that will be accomplished that is my promise! ☝🏼

I made and appreciation post previously to everyone who was supported me in this journey my coach, my girlfriend, friends, family and once again I thank you to every single person that I have my life from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏼♥️

But wanna say a special thank you and that is to aka and Chris Proctor for organising this amazing journey/experience so memorable for us and thank you to the TeamGB family for all the amazing memories we made this last couple of days! Yes we coming to compete and represent TeamGB which is an absolute honour and I’m so grateful for this opportunity but there is so so much than that!

I’m usually not good with this stuff how to express myself and stuff but there’s is an important message I want to share with everyone and I will be doing an IGTV video when I arrive to UK for all of you and I hope the message I’m gonna share will help someone 🙌🏼♥️

Once again, thank you for all of your kind messages and support it means the absolute world to me and I will get back to each and every single of you once I’m settled 😴🤣

It’s show day and I can’t believe that I’ve made it, it’s been a long road and ready for the final show of the season!

Waking up today was a blessing and I’m so grateful that I am here today but most importantly I’m feeling grateful for doing what I love doing 🙏🏼

I’m grateful for all the struggles I went through, I’m grateful for all the obstacles that I had on my way, I’m grateful for all the challenges and hardships and I’m grateful that I made it here today and to me it’s a massive accomplishment and couldn’t be any happier 🙏🏼

No matter what the outcome is today, I am proud of what I’m bringing today and also there’s some people I would like to take a moment and thank them!

My coach and brother we both went through a lot together for the last few months but we made a solo promise that no matter what happen I would have his back to the end has he would have mine! I’ve seen with my eyes all the struggles he went through and as his seen mine! I am grateful and thankful for sharing this experience with you on stage representing Team GB at the tonight ♥️

To my incredible girlfriend .serednicka really don’t know what I would do without you, she’s everything and more I could’ve asked for in a person! She’s literally the air that I breathe and my sun in the darkest days! Thank you for never giving up on me when there were days that I was ready to give up and you were always to lift me up, you’re my absolute world and I love you .serednicka ♥️

my second home a very special thank you to every single one of you who’s supported me and your energy around that’s made me to push harder through each workout! And thank you to every single one of you who’s made the time to speak with me or messaging me because to me it means the world to me 🙏🏼♥️

And thank you to for this amazing lifetime opportunity and experience that they providing to the athletes. I’m truly humbled and honoured that I get to represent TeamGB in the sport that I love so much!

So show day today and I’m ready to rock that stage and have the best time of my life!

So here we are final day of depletion and flying tomorrow to US with the team ✈️🇺🇸

Photos sent this morning to the boss empty stomach and feeling depleted to the bones which means we doing something right 😎

Feeling super excited and at the same time a bit nervous (of excitement) haha but feeling grateful that I’ve made it this far and see what we can bring on Saturday 🙌🏼

Wanna take a quick moment to thank every single person that’s taken the time either to message me, having a chat with me, no matter how small gesture you may think it was, for me it means the world 🙏🏼

A massive thank you to my coach and brother for helping me through this prep he knows my ups and downs through this prep and I’m excited that I get to share this experience with him for the first time on stage as brothers representing Team GB ♥️

And also my amazing girlfriend .serednicka she’s been my absolute rock from start to the end of this prep and she’s knows all my ups and downs and I couldn’t be more grateful to have you by my side! You’ve been supporting in so many ways that I will never be able to thank you and even when you have things going on in your life as well you’ve been always there for me! I love you so much baby .serednicka 😍😘♥️
