🏆 SDYFL Presentation ❤️

What a perfect way to round off a busy few weeks as we got back into football! ⚽❤️🖤

On Sunday, the boys had the honour of attending the SDYFL Presentation Day to collect their medals and trophy after winning their Trophy Group 🏆🥇

A huge thank you to everyone involved with the SDYFL. The time, effort and commitment shown by all the volunteers behind the scenes gives so many children the opportunity to enjoy grassroots football every single week. Events like this create memories that will stay with the boys for years to come, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything you do. 👏⚽

It was a proud moment watching every one of the boys walk across the stage to collect their awards. Seeing the smiles on their faces made all the hard work worthwhile. ❤️

One thing that made us especially proud was seeing our boys applaud every team as they collected their awards. Respect is a huge part of football, and it was lovely to see them celebrating the achievements of others as well as their own ❤️🖤

I think it’s fair to say they’ve all decided they’d quite like this to become an annual tradition… so we’ll be working hard to make sure we’re back there again next year! 💪🏆

Congratulations, boys — you’ve earned every moment. We’re so proud of every single one of you.

2026/27 officially starts here! 🔥⚽

It was fantastic to be back at a sunny Lea Castle as we kicked off preparations for the new season ❤️🖤

Honestly… it felt like we’d never been away! 😄

A huge thank you to Derrick and Alan for all the hard work they put into keeping Lea Castle looking absolutely superb. Everything they do behind the scenes is massively appreciated, and we’re incredibly proud to call it our home 👏❤️

Today was made even more special as every one of the boys signed their contracts for the new season before proudly showing off our brand-new home and away kits 😍⚽

A huge thank you to Co-op for their continued sponsorship, and to MG Sportswear for producing another fantastic set of kits. Your support helps give these boys opportunities and memories they’ll never forget 🙌❤️

We’re also incredibly proud to be playing this season in partnership with Angelman UK 💙—a cause that’s very close to our hearts. We hope to help raise awareness throughout the season and do our bit to support such an important cause.

Most importantly though… it was just brilliant to have the boys back together ❤️🖤 Seeing the smiles, hearing the laughter and watching them dive into their pre-season goody bags reminded us exactly why we love what we do. 😊⚽

Here’s to another season of learning, developing, making memories and, most importantly, enjoying football together.

Tournament Update ⚽❤️🖤

What a busy few weeks it’s been for the Mostyn boys as our first summer tournament season continued! ☀️⚽

🏆 West Worcester Tournament

The boys were thrown into a really tough group against some excellent opposition, but they never took a backwards step 💪 They battled in every game, showed fantastic teamwork and determination, and should be incredibly proud of finishing as runners-up after losing just one game 👏❤️🖤

🏆 Meadow Park Tournament

Another weekend, another tough test! Once again the boys came up against some brilliant teams, with every game being competitive from start to finish. Their hard work was rewarded as they came home with more silverware, lifting the Shield! 🏆😁

More important than any trophy, though, is seeing how much these boys continue to improve. Their teamwork, attitude and desire to keep learning gets better every week, and that’s what makes us proudest as coaches ❤️🖤

A huge thank you to all the parents and supporters for your encouragement every weekend. Your support means everything to the boys and to us 👏❤️

❤️🖤 Presentation Day 2025/26 ❤️🖤

What a fantastic afternoon celebrating an incredible first season together ⚽🏆

The boys enjoyed a bouncy slide, nerf shootout, picnics, ice cream and, of course, their trophies 🍦🎯🏰🏅

It was brilliant to see everyone together and a chance to celebrate everything these boys have achieved this season. From forming the team at the end of October to becoming SDYFL Trophy Group Winners, they’ve made us proud every step of the way ❤️🖤

A huge thank you to all the parents, families and supporters for coming along today and for your support throughout the season. We couldn’t do it without you 👏❤️

Most importantly, thank you to the boys for their effort, attitude and teamwork all season long. What a team they are becoming ⚽🔥

Tournament Report ⚽❤️🖤

Another tournament in the books and this time it was the Kempsey Colts Football Club Festival of Football ⚽🏆

Firstly, a huge thank you to Kempsey Colts for hosting such a well-run event 👏 Everything was organised brilliantly and made for a fantastic day of football.

The boys had a great day competing against some very strong sides and playing some really competitive games 💪⚽

There were plenty of positives to take away, as well as lots for us to work on and learn from — which is exactly what these tournaments are all about 📈👏

Most importantly, there were smiles all round, plenty of football played and the boys came home with a little bit of silverware to finish off another fantastic day ⚽🏆😁

Another great experience, more memories made and another step forward in their football journey ❤️🖤

Well done boys — enjoy this one and let’s get ready for the next tournament! 🔥⚽
