CoreHIIT
A dynamic blend of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and core exercises designed to get your blood flowing and your core muscles working hard. This class will leave you feeling energized and strong!
Circuits
An all-over body workout that incorporates body weight exercises and a variety of equipment. This session is perfect for maximizing your workout and hitting every major muscle group.
Boxercise
A fun cardio-based workout using boxing techniques, including pad or bag work. Get fit while enjoying the fundamentals of boxing!
Weights
Work a variety of muscles using cables, barbells, dumbbells, and more. Strengthen your body with targeted weight exercises
Boxercise & CoreHIIT
Both classes run simultaneously! Choose between a boxing cardio workout or a combination of HIIT and core exercises, or challenge yourself by doing both in a 45-minute session.
BootBOX
A mix of boxing, bootcamp, and core exercises in one session. Pick your favourite 10-minute segments and focus on what works best for you!

An intense, all-over body workout, combining Boxercise, Weights, HIIT, Core, and more for a comprehensive fitness session
