💚 A new FREE family session is coming to Raunds! Starting Monday 14th September💚

NN Leisure's Active Families team, alongside North Northamptonshire Council's Family Hubs, is launching a new weekly session for children aged 0-5 and their families.

The sessions are designed to encourage active play, support children's development and create opportunities for families to have fun together in a welcoming environment.

👶 Suitable for children aged 0 to 5 years
📍 Saxon Hall, Raunds, NN9 6LT
📅 Starts Monday 14 September
⏰ 1:30pm to 2:45pm (term time only)

It's "Know Your Numbers Week" - 7th to 13th September! 💙

The UK's biggest blood pressure awareness campaign.

High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but it can increase your risk of serious health conditions such as heart attack and stroke. Around one in three people in the UK has high blood pressure, yet many people do not know they have it.

Come along and get your blood pressure checked at one of our free community sessions in Corby:

The Active Families Team (North Northants Leisure) are delighted to be hosting a Family Fun Day at Lodge Park Sports Centre, Corby, on Sunday 13 September from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

The event is being held to bring together local families, community organisations, partners and sports clubs to showcase the wide range of activities, services and opportunities available across the area.

Our aim is to help people become more active, improve their wellbeing and feel better connected within their local community.

The afternoon will feature a variety of free activities, including:

• Penalty Shootout
• Inflatable Axe Throwing
• Bouncy Castles
• Live display showcasing Shape Dance
• Steel Spirit Cheerleading Workshop
