What a privilege to join our friend John as he celebrated his 100th birthday today! 🎊🥳

Earlier in the day, Duncan Booth noted that John was absent from Keswick parkrun this morning—but we think he had a pretty good excuse with a busy day of birthday celebrations ahead! 😍

Rather than receiving gifts, John asked his family and friends to support the MS Society UK through the 10in10 Research Fund. We are absolutely delighted to share that an incredible £870 plus gift aid, was raised! 👏.

And if that wasn't impressive enough, let's not forget that John completed the Challenge5 at the remarkable age of 93! 💪

Happy 100th Birthday, John, and thank you for your generosity, inspiration and support for MS research.

Great news! We've opened up additional early-morning start times for both the 10in10 and Challenge 5 events.

There are now more 6:30am start slots available, giving you extra time to complete your challenge. We've also added more 9:15am start slots for Challenge 5 participants.

These new slots are expected to fill quickly, and time is running out to secure your place. Book now to avoid disappointment and take advantage of these additional early-morning options.
