A great morning down Borrowdale, a place that I rarely visit during the summer holidays, but today it was awesome despite the driving rain, hail, gusty wind and zero visibility most of the way . Managed to grab a few snaps before it wasn't possible 😂.

It’s raining in Keswick today, after a summer of sunshine!

I’ve finally found a quiet moment to look back through some of the incredible photographs from the year we reached our £1 MILLION fundraising target for the MS Society UK ❤️

The 10in10 and Challenge 5 have been some of the most amazing, exhausting, emotional and unforgettable days I’ve ever been part of.

Summer is always crazy busy with organising Keswick Town Events, family and everything else, so it’s only now that I’m really stopping to take it all in.

The people. The mountains. The memories. And the incredible generosity that got us to £1 million.

And we’re not finished yet…

Beautiful colours on the hills and by the seaside today. Still making the most of the sunshine 🌞 Peak 4 & 5 of — Stile End and Barrow — followed by an afternoon by the sea with Duncan Booth . Very lucky to have both options right on our doorstep 😍

On Saturday 15 th August, Nathan Young took on the NCAH Ultra run and completed the course in an amazing 17hrs 31mins! 🏃💪

The NCAH Ultra (No Cure, Always Hope Ultra Run) is an extreme 39-mile elite fell running challenge in the Lake District. Created by British champion fell runner Simon Booth, the demanding route features 25 major peaks and roughly 17,000 feet of total ascent.

Nathan also raised an outstanding £600 for the MS Society UK . 👏👏

Nathan's achievement comes at a really exciting time for us because we are on radio Cumbria again this morning chatting about our next ambition of raising £2,000,000 and not stopping until we find a cure for progressive Multiple Sclerosis!
