Life is rushed these days, long commuting, work/life commitments, trips, nights away from home... it leads to neglect your health and fitness but you don't need to spend hours a week in the gym to get fit and look good.

After another month in lockdown with the gyms closed I managed to maintain all-round fitness levels with the following routine:

2 x runs per week 🏃🏻‍♂️
4 x bodyweight sessions per week 🤸‍♀️
1 or 2 cheat meals 🍕
NO Fad Diets, NO Vegan, NO Keto
…just eat healthy and eat everything in proportion
