In response to lots of ladies wanting a full 30 seconds on machines we are pleased to announce we have a new CHANGE STATIONS NOW! announcement. It allows for 10seconds between machines & boards then states 'begin' which is then 30seconds.
For those ladies who move quickly off and on machines this gives you an opportunity to do a few seconds extra exercise. Over the days, weeks & months this will make a significant enhancement to your fitness & strength all without too much conscious effort.
