From open skies to cosy studio spaces, this week has been a beautiful reminder that yoga meets us wherever we are 🌿🧘‍♀️

Whether we’re moving beneath the trees, flowing together in the studio, or simply taking a moment to pause, the practice is always about coming home to ourselves.

So grateful for every person who rolled out their mat with me this week. Thank you for showing up, breathing deeply, and sharing your energy 💛

Here’s to finding calm in every space and carrying it with us beyond the mat.

One small breath can make a big difference 😮‍💨

Sitali Pranayama is a simple cooling breath that can help calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and bring a sense of ease when you’re feeling stressed, overheated, or overwhelmed.

Swipe through the carousel to learn the technique step by step, then take a few minutes to practise and notice how your body feels afterwards.

Benefits may include:
• A cooling sensation throughout the body
• A calmer mind
• Reduced stress and tension
• Improved focus and mindfulness

Have you tried Sitali Pranayama before? Let me know how it makes you feel in the comments.

Before the first deep breath is taken, there’s a little ritual behind the scenes ✨

Rolling out the mats, setting the props, creating a calm, welcoming space, and making sure every detail is just right. So all you have to do is arrive, switch off, and enjoy some time for yourself.

It’s these quiet moments of preparation that help create the space for connection, movement, and relaxation.

I can’t wait to welcome you to the mat 🧘‍♀️

My personal yoga practice looks so different these days… and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way 🤍

Since becoming a yoga teacher, my practice has become less about doing and so much more about listening. And now, during pregnancy, it’s shifted again. It’s softer, slower more intuitive. Less focused on what my body can achieve, and more on what it needs.

Monday evenings at pregnancy yoga have become my favourite way to start the week. A chance to slow down, move with intention, create space, stretch, breathe, connect with my baby, and simply take an hour for me.

And ending with yoga nidra? The perfect way to close out a Monday. Leaving feeling grounded, rested and ready for whatever the week brings.

A little reminder that your practice doesn’t have to look the same forever. It evolves as you do, and there’s something really beautiful about meeting yourself exactly where you are ✨

Tight shoulders? Try these 3 yoga poses to release tension and improve mobility.

1️⃣ Cat Cow – Gently warms up the spine and shoulders while increasing mobility.

On the inhale drop the belly and lift the gaze and on your exhale round through the spine taking your gaze towards your knees.

2️⃣ Thread the Needle – Stretches the back of the shoulders and upper back, helping to ease built-up tension.

Inhale as you lift your hand towards to sky and on an exhale thread your lifted hand underneath your opposite arm. Placing your shoulder and side of the head down on the floor. Use props to support if you need and breathe into the side body here.

Repeat on the other side.

3️⃣ Puppy Pose – Opens the shoulders and chest while creating a deep stretch through the upper back.

Stretching your hands out in front release your forehead down to the ground or a block while keeping your hips up high.

Breathe here and stay for as long as feels comfortable.

Move slowly, breathe deeply, and hold each pose for 3-5 slow breaths or as long as feels comfortable.

Practising these regularly can help counteract the effects of long hours at a desk, driving, or everyday stress.

Save this reel to come back to whenever your shoulders need a little TLC 💛

The Strawberry Full Moon invites us to pause, soften and reconnect 🌝

This week’s classes are inspired by the moon’s energy, creating space to release what no longer serves us while making room for what we’re ready to welcome ✨

I’ve been drawing inspiration from Moon Yoga by Lisa Hood, weaving together gentle movement, mindful breath and intention to honour this beautiful lunar phase.

Join me on the mat this week as we move with the rhythm of the moon 🌕🤍

What are you ready to let go of under tonight’s full moon?

Instagram vs Reality ☕️🧘🏼‍♀️

Instagram: peaceful cup of tea by the pool, slow morning, everything looking effortlessly zen.

Reality: half asleep, eyes closed, clinging to my tea while pretending I’m “taking it all in.” 😴😂

But here’s the thing… this is my slow morning.

Not because it’s picture-perfect, but because I gave myself permission to pause before the day started.

Some mornings it’s a full yoga practice.
Some mornings it’s 10 minutes of pranayama.
Some mornings it’s simply sitting outside with a cuppa, feet in the water, and taking a few conscious breaths.

Your morning routine doesn’t have to be productive to be powerful.

The magic isn’t in doing more, it’s in creating space to arrive in your day feeling grounded.

✨ Before you reach for your phone tomorrow, try this:
✨ Take 5 slow breaths.
✨ Inhale for 4, exhale for 6.
✨ Notice the air, the sounds, the feeling of being present.

That’s pranayama in its simplest form. No fancy setup required.

Slow mornings aren’t about perfection.
They’re about presence. 🤍
