CSC Yorkshire Training Camp
partnered with PPTC

Training camp based in Leeds, UK-
home of the best triathletes in the world.

Train on the same roads, in the same pool’s and on the same run routes as some of the world’s best triathletes such as Alex Yee and Tom Bishop.

Coached by fully qualified and experienced coaches you will have the opportunity learn more about training for performance.

Start the winter off right!

Prices are £80 per person which includes:

3 group rides into the dales,
2 group runs’ including one session run by Podium Potential Triathlon Coaching,
2 coached swims with Callis Swim Clinic.

Accommodation should be based in the Headingley, Meanwood or North Leeds areas.

1-1 Stroke Analysis
CSC now offers 1-1 stroke analysis at affordable prices!
The stroke analysis will take place in Leeds ( £50) OR you will have the option to send in your own videos for me to analyse and identify problem areas (£25).
On the day you will receive:
- video analysis of your stroke using the latest scientific protocol to identify key weaknesses.
- Evaluation of weaknesses to determine the cause and prescribe a training intervention.
- Your own copy of the video with notes on ‘things to work on’
- 5 key drills to improve your stroke based on these weaknesses
