Thank you to everyone that came along during the summer at Sizergh Castle for the Summer of Play activities. I loved meeting lots of families and it was great to see them having a go on everything I had to offer. Archery and Mini Xbows seemed to be a huge hit with everyone and thank you to the team at Sizergh for inviting me down

For those seeing this for the first time, we had archery, mini xbows, floor tennis, mini golf and a mini obstacle course for the kids, (and big kids!) to have a go at.

🌞 Looking for an active family day out this summer?

Summer of Play is packed with ways to get moving at Sizergh. This Saturday 4 July join Jason from Get Active Club for family sports sessions, where you can tackle an obstacle course, try soft archery, take a swing at floor tennis and mini golf, or burn off some energy with boxercise. Sessions run from 10am–1pm on selected dates throughout the summer holidays. Children must be accompanied by an adult. various dates across summer, see website for details. 🏃‍♀️🎯⛳

There's even more to discover, including lawn games, dressing up, seed sowing, musical instruments and the Pokémon Trading Card Game Mega Evolution Trail.

Get Active Kids provides a wide range of inclusive, supportive and fun sports and exercise services across Cumbria, Lancashire and North Yorkshire. From primary school PE lessons and school clubs to sports days, birthday parties, children's services for functions and special events.

We are down at Dalemain Estate today doing some Archery and Crossbows 🏹 🎯 and a mini obstacle course for the little ones
along with other activites such as a bouncy castle and a duck race ran by Laura Robinson all for a great cause.

We are down at Penrith Leisure Centre today for the sports community day. Bring your little ones down and have a go at Archery and a Crossbows 🎯🏹

Had a fun day at the Cumbria School Games. Collabing with Action Ants, providing a variety of activities for Y3 & Y4 school children from across the county. We had over 190 children in total! Definitely one of my fave days in the calendar

Sports Day was cancelled but we still had loads of fun today! Had a great time with everyone at Grayrigg Primary School and Nursery throughout the day.
