Nordic Walking is more than just walking with poles, it’s a full-body, low-impact workout that combines fitness with the beauty of the outdoors. Using specially designed poles engages your upper body as well as your legs, helping to improve posture, strengthen muscles, boost endurance, and ease pressure on your joints.
Plus if you have a mini, you can baby wear to bring them along, no holding back 🥳
It’s a brilliant way to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with others, all while exploring the stunning Lake District. Each week, we walk a different route across this beautiful landscape, from rolling fells to peaceful lakeside paths, so there’s always something new to discover.
If you’ve been curious about giving it a try, join us for our Technique Session on Monday 30th at 9:30am, where you’ll learn the proper technique, get comfortable with the poles, and be ready to join our weekly adventures.
