A brilliant first full session back tonight for the ladies too, with a fantastic turnout and plenty of hard work from everyone! 🙌🏼

It was a high-intensity session from start to finish and everyone is already looking really sharp heading into the new season 👏🏼🔥

Great to see so many players back on the pitch and putting the work in together.

WOW… What a great first night back for our junior section! 🙌🏼

We had brilliant sessions for our Minis, U10s & U12s and U14s, with a fantastic turnout across all the groups. It was so good to see so many familiar faces back on the pitch, as well as some new ones joining us! 🏑😊

A huge well done to everyone who came along tonight — we hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did!
