Was slow in getting up this morning so wanted something quick before going out, how about an easy apple/orange combo for the micros and this super tasty bar which happens to come with a tonne of protein??

Giant fluffy pancake with Macro breakdown.

Adding vanilla vegan protein powder just takes the stress of worrying about protein content of breakfast when you don’t fancy meat or half a dozen eggs.

Fluffy, tasty, sweet pancake mix.
2 eggs
Medium banana
50g oats
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 Tsp baking powder
Blend.
20g of blueberries into mix

Resistance band exercises although beneficial, some come with hazards if not carried out correctly and safely 😂😂

Simple step pull up progression.
To achieve a pull up you need to get stronger at the movement through a full range of motion. Jumping to slow negatives and band assisted will allow you to achieve getting stronger through the whole movement.

Daddy’s and mummy’s don’t need to sweat exercise, there is a lot of pressure from social media and yes we should exercise, but as parents the priority is getting through the day making sure everyone is safe and well, fed, dressed, teeth clean, hair brushed, nappies changed etc etc through the day we can be active by doing normal daily tasks, mopping, hoovering, dusting, gardening, taking the kids for a walk or chasing them round a supermarket, and if we get times where we get to do fitness as well, 💯 bonus 💪🏻
