Myself and Mairead have our next MoonWyse Gathering this Sunday 30 August 10-12pm at the Jyoti Centre, Main Street, Kelty.
Our MoonWyse Gathering is the opportunity for women to come together to connect, support each other and have fun. Each one is based around movement to get the energy shifted, a creative activity to bring mindfulness and a meditation or sound healing to soothe the soul and connect with our self. What a lovely way to start a Sunday, taking time for you 🥰

Yin Yoga on Sunday 2nd of August!

Yin isn't about slow movement or about 'slowing down' - sure you hold a pose for longer so in that way you do slow down but if anything, your mind is prone to speed up! And THAT is what it is about, to truly tune in and BE with yourself.

There is a lot to it and part of yin is holding yoga poses for a longer period of time, strengthening deep and mostly non-stretchy tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and bones, whilst bringing awareness to and working with your inner landscape and divine light.

Ingrid weaves meditation, breathing, relaxation, yoga philosophy, and mantra throughout class creating a holistic journey for the body, mind, and spirit. 🕉🥰

The theme for this yin yoga class in June is Sattva - Essence/ Consciousness.

What a miserable start to the summer weather wise but thankfully things are looking up. We are very hopeful we can have our first outdoor session of the year this Saturday (27th). We will keep an eye on the forecast and confirm by Wednesday. Keep everything crossed and pray for sun. It will be great to get back on the mat with you all 🙏
