60 minutes of great football played!! The Phoenixes became 2 mixed teams this evening.
The Newchurch Ninjas and The Newchurch 9.
Everyone who played worked really hard all the way to the end. The final score was 2-2. Goal scorers were,
Ceri - Newchurch 9
Tash - Newchurch Ninjas
Lilly - Newchurch 9
Millie - Newchurch Ninjas
4 great goals!
The game ended in a penalty shootout. As the light was quickly fading and the shootout was still at a draw the decision was made to end it... on a draw! Well done all to all the ladies who played!! Phoenixes would like to thank everyone who came along this evening as a player or a supporter.
