I hope you are all doing fantastically well!!

I've had a very busy season up here in the Hebrides which is still in flow! Here are a few pics! Plus some video footage in the comments section! (you can hear me chatting here on a video that my friend Holly made after she'd swam 12 km around the Island of Wiay - which is very close to me on the East side of Benbecula. I assisted her with this fundraising task.

If you are a confident swimmer and have a powerful dolphin kick and would like to join me up here on 'my type of Mermaid Adventure' then please get in touch and I'll assist you with all aspects of making this happen!

Your short stay this Autumn / Winter can be combined with a variety of different activities. (mermaids still mermaid in the Winter!! :-) )

Hello Mermaids!

I thought I'd share a great article with you from CNN Travel News that came through to me yesterday!!

It's all about the rise of Mermaiding in China and a huge world record gathering of 100 Mermaids inside the Ambassador Lagoon Aquarium.

The article features the perspective of Dada Li - which is one of China's pioneering mermaids.

She mentions the 1980's movie 'Splash' as being one of her first influential steerers towards the magical pursuit of becoming her 'wishful fishful fantasy' Madison. I also found that movie to be my own first big enlightening and fun introduction to how a real-life mermaid could enjoy the delights of being at one within the ocean!

Also taking bookings and enquires for my own fantastic 'Hebridean Mermaid Experience' here on the Isle of Benbecula, part of the superb chain of turquoise sea lapped stunning Islands that make up the Outer Hebrides!!

You can fly direct to Benbecula in just 30 minutes from Glasgow!!

Other options are traveling via the Isle of Skye - and that magnificent 'Castle Eilean Donan' from the 80's movie 'Highlander'. You'd get the ferry from the small picturesque port of 'Uig' which also has the truly magical and 'off the map' 'Fairy's Glen' just a short 5 mins away!!!

Alternatively for less road travel time but a longer ferry then you could also travel via 'Fort William' and the port of Mallaig or Oban.
