So we have an official opening day set in stone now thank god 😅😅. Been a long road and it’s been a pain in the backside at times and some very very late nights but we are nearly there . We will be opening the doors on Sunday 15th June . So if your looking to sign up for a membership or are wanting to find out everything that we have to offer come on down 9am till 2pm doors will be open to anyone even if your just wanting a wee nosey 😂😂. We have almost every strongman bit of kit you can think of we have specialist bars as well as all your usual bits and pieces of kit . The gym is mostly free weights so there isn’t a major amount of machines in the gym. We are predominantly a strength and conditioning based gym but we welcome anyone from any level and any training style .
