Clark Drive Girls U12s are recruiting players for our Tier 1, 9-a-side team!

Over the past year, our U12s have continued to produce a conveyor belt of talent, with players progressing to Next Gen programmes at clubs including Rangers F.C., Celtic F.C., Hamilton Academical F.C., Motherwell F.C. and Kilmarnock F.C..

We also have players involved in the Scottish Football Association Emerging Talent Centres and Next Gen pre-academies.

The future is bright for our girls, and we’re looking to strengthen the squad as we continue this exciting journey.

⚽️ U14 🔴 LEAGUE GAME ⚽️

Yesterday we made the trip over to Kilwinning for our derby aginst Kilwinning Rangers.

Clark Drive started off bright with some good runs down the right with Elise trying to make things happen. We did try and play football the way we normally can but as the game went on, we let Kilwinning into the game with Clark Drive defending the corners very well in the first half.

Second half started and Clark Drive tried to get the ball down and play football but it was not our day.

We we will now go and get a good weeks training in before we make the trip to Kilwinning again next week for the tournament 👍🏻

Girls lets put yesterdays performance as a off day and we regroup on Tuesday 💪

⚽️ U12 🟡 LEAGUE GAME ⚽️

U12 yellows where at home this morning against Largs and the girls were at it right from the start.

Brilliant with their press and shutting players down, they scored some excellent early goals and that really set the tone for the rest of the game.

Solid performances all over from back to front and brilliant to watch.

We are really proud of the girls today playing 9 a side and in that heat they were excellent 👏👏

Thanks to Tilly and Evie for stepping up to help out today.

Our U10🔵 took part in the Valspar tournament yesterday.

Playing against good boys teams, the girls gave a good account of themselves standing us in good stead for next season.

Their effort, work rate and desire to keep going right to the end made us coaches proud.

Well done to Raia for getting our player of the tournament💙

⚽💙 Happy Father’s Day! 💙⚽

Today, we celebrate all the amazing dads, guardians and father figures who support our girls every step of the way - from early morning kick-offs to cheering from the sidelines.

A special thank you to our incredible dads who give their time to the club as coaches and team helpers. Your commitment, encouragement and passion help our players grow both on and off the pitch.

Our club wouldn’t be the same without you.

⚽️ U12 🔴 LEAGUE GAME ⚽️

Our U12’s Reds welcomed Ayr Utd to the Marress today.

The girls took a while to get going, maybe influenced from the 2am Scotland KO that they all done well to stay up for 😴

As the game went on they started shifting up the gears, passing became sharper and they started moving the ball better.

Some great defensive work today at the back and some excellent saves from the Cat in goal🧤🧤

2nd half, going forward the girls showed what they could do. A well worked team performance overall today and an early night for all of our girls 😴

Today was also our last home game before the summer break.

Our co-captains Jessica and Rebecca played their last game on home soil after 5 years and well over 100 home games for team©️

Next week sees the return of Conni who will also play her last game for club 💙

It’s going to an emotional one but all the girls will give it their all like they do, week in, week out.

Well done girls 💙⚽️

⚽️ U14 🟡 LEAGUE GAME ⚽️

Clark drive girls travelled to play Blantyre Celtic whites today.

Game started well with a lot of good possession. The girls worked hard to win their battles against a physical team who were well set up.

The girls worked tirelessly throughout the full game.

Towards the end of the first half Blantyre Celtic had more control but the girls defended as a unit and didn’t concede any clear opportunities.

Second half was a lot like the first, girls playing some great football and had good movement off the ball both teams had limited chances.

Both teams defended really well and both goalkeepers commanded their box really well.

Would like to thank the girls for their effort today. It was a good performance and really proud of how well they played and how they stood up to the physical battle of the opposition.

Well done to Kaitlin who put in a real captains performance and was awarded potm from the referee today - keep up the good work.
