Mental Health Awareness Week 💚
Those who know me know this is something very important to me. Over the years I’ve been through a lot personally, and exercise became one of the biggest things that helped me through difficult periods in my life. Not just physically — mentally too.
That’s a huge reason why I wanted to share some of my clients’ stories and experiences this week.
So many people start training because they want to change how they look, but along the way they gain so much more: confidence, routine, structure, stress relief, clarity, community, discipline and a healthier mindset.
That’s exactly where the name Better Days Coaching came from.
It was inspired by both my own struggles and the experiences my clients have shared with me over the years — the idea that training can help create better days mentally as well as physically.
Exercise isn’t a cure for everything, and mental health struggles are real, but movement can genuinely be such a powerful tool in helping people cope, heal and feel more like themselves again.
Massive thank you to everyone who shared their experiences for this post 💚
