2 of my football pupils! It's time to celebrate the girls hard work and success 🙌 🥇 🏆 🏅 ⚽️

2 of our Capel Plough players had the honour of representing Colchester United Emerging Talent Centre which is the highest possible level of football for their age group at Canary Cup 2023. These girls have worked their socks off to achieve this level of football! Amelia is a member of Capel Panthers U11s and Olivia from U9 Capel Tigers. We'll done girls! We are very proud of you! ⚽️🏆🎉

Kesgrave 10k done! Our goal was just to finish, due to hot weather and a hard week behind us, but Mohit showed an incredible determination, a really steady solid pace and we got our best time for this year! Well done Mohit!!! 🥳🥳🥳

Another amazing League season over for the Capel Panthers U10 Girls.

15 Games Played, 15 wins! 11 Clean sheets. 148 Goals scored and 4 conceded.

Hard work pays off. These girls train so hard and are so eager to learn and it shows on the pitch. You get back what you put in, many of them training 3 times a week with Ipswich Town Foundation as well as Capel.

Looking forward now to some friendlies across East Anglia and summer tournaments.
