A proper battle from start to finish with both sides feeling they’d done enough to take all 3 points 🤝
G16 started brightly and looked electric going forward ⚡️
Early chances rattled the woodwork twice before the Tornagrain keeper somehow pulled off a world-class save to deny Denon from close range 😮💨
Against the run of play, Tornagrain struck first with an unstoppable effort from distance 🚀
Heads never dropped. G16 got back on the ball and continued to control the game before Bobby stepped up just before half-time with an absolute rocket for his second goal of the season 💥
1-1 at the break.
The second half was end-to-end football with both teams throwing everything into it. Massive effort all over the park, including Dylan putting his body on the line in an aerial duel and coming away bloodied and bruised 💪
Late drama nearly saw G16 steal it as Denon smashed a free-kick off the post before curling another effort inches wide in the dying moments 😩
Plenty positives to take, first points on the board, and a huge performance from every single player 👏
