M E D I T A T I O N

I have met such resistance in my meditation practice but recently I have surrendered to the uncertainty of what arises every time I sit down to meditate. Itā€™s hard, itā€™s frustrating, itā€™s peaceful, itā€™s transformativeā€¦.itā€™s different every damn time!
