A little bit about my Pilates journey 🤍

I’ve always been passionate about yoga & Pilates, especially because they helped me manage the demands of work - whether long days on my feet or hours at a desk.

After discovering reformer Pilates and attending classes in Edinburgh whenever I visited my sister, I fell in love with it all over again ✨

That’s when I decided to train with STOTT Pilates / Merrithew. Throughout the course, I met some lovely girls who became a big part of my journey, and I made some amazing friends along the way 🤍

A special thank you to Rachael from Pointe Ahead Pilates. I truly couldn’t have done it without your support.

After completing my exams in November, I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes to bring this dream to life ✨

A little update from me 🤍

I’m so excited to finally share that Pilates classes will now be part of Nu-Me ✨

Pilates and wellness have always been another huge passion of mine, and adding classes feels like the most natural next step for me.

Beauty will always remain at the heart of my business, and this is simply an additional part of Nu-Me — not a replacement 🤍

Beauty appointments will continue as normal, with Pilates classes running on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

I’m so excited to combine beauty, wellness & self-care together in this new chapter ✨

And lastly, a huge thank you to all of my lovely clients for your continued support. I’m so grateful for every single one of you 🤍
