✨CLIENT RECOGNITION✨

So proud of my online client Kris who competed in his first ever Olympic weightlifting competition on Saturday. It was amazing to see him do a 70kg sn**ch and then a 95kg clean and jerk (PB for him) 😊💪🏻

He only started this style of training this year so it's been amazing watching him wanting to compete for himself and get involved with the weightlifting club.

Kris, it is a pleasure working with you and watching you grow as a person. You have come so far with your training. You should be so proud of your hard work, your commitment and your consistency.

🌟CLIENT TRANSFORMATION🌟

This is an incredible transformation from my client Rhea 🤯

This has been a 15 month transformation of training hard, eating consistently (eating lots of calories also!) and showing up even when she didn't want to.

Not only has her physique changed, but her mental health, mindset, and overall lifestyle has changed.

Rhea is currently training for multiple events, including a doubles Hyrox in December and more half marathons! She is always challenging herself and pushing herself out of her comfort zone. I am very proud of her as a client and as a friend. Well done Rhea! ❤️
