FREE YOGA is back at Ilfracombe Football Club this weekend.
This Sunday you have Jackie guiding you through your Sunday morning practice.

She is a yoga and Pilates teacher in Ilfracombe based at the Body Aware Pilates Studio. She trained as a Zen yoga teacher with a buddhist monk then went on to train as a vinyasa, childrens yoga and meditation teaching before then becoming a Pilates teacher. Her influences come from her 35 years as a mental health nurse and she uses yoga, meditation and Pilates to bring mindful movement to the body allowing us to slow down, to notice the world around us and to be ourselves.

See you at the Football Club at 9.30.

Meet Tia Meraki, another of our Ilfracombe yoga teachers for the summer, who will be your teacher this Sunday.

Tia has been sharing classes and workshops here in the South West and across national festivals since 2018, drawing on her training in hatha, vinyasa, yin, family and kids yoga, to bring a restorative, gentle, and playful approach. Also a musician and poet, she often weaves these influences into her classes, so expect to hear some gentle guitar during your savasana at the end of class.

*Remember, this Sunday Free Yoga will be at Ilfracombe Football Club*
