You learn, perform and gain Bollywood qualifications too. Fun friendly professionally taught classes to learn Bollywood in different styles: modern, street, filmi, semi classical and folk. Our Zumba classes provide fitness through dance with a fusion of dance styles. Embedded in our dance routines are fitness moves you won't even know you are doing. Our teachers are fitness qualified, dance trained and dbs checked. We have a healthy living programme too, to help you keep fit in body and mind and lose weight through natural permanent ways no pills and shakes or fad diets. . WE ALSO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL DANCE TROUPE THAT PERFORMS FOR EVENTS LARGE AND SMALL

Our kids & teens getting stage-ready with Michael Jackson’s “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’” — and I love this part of the process just as much as the performance itself.

At Dance To Inspire, it’s not simply about learning choreography. We teach our young dancers to listen, take direction, perform with confidence, work as a team and believe they belong on that stage. ✨ and yes we don’t just teach Bollywood we teach world dance styles too because we believe in creating dancers aware of the world influences around them. Unity in dance.

Looking back at these beautiful moments from YATRA: The Suitcase of Memories in July ❤️ What an afternoon of colour, energy, emotion, laughter and, most importantly, so much FUN!

From our youngest dancers to our adults, everyone brought something special to the stage — and these photos capture the friendships, confidence and joy that make our annual show one of our favourite moments of the year. 💃🏽✨

On Michael’s birthday what better way to celebrate him than to live his legacy of love and peace and care for the earth and humans.

Why has he inspired me so much? Aside from his beyond human talent in dance, music and performance that no one till today has touched or ever will… for me he influenced the way I live.

His kindness, humbleness and generosity were beyond human too. He understood what his assignment from God was.

How many songs has he made about messages to the world about the planet about children about loving each other about living in peace?!

How much did he give to others other than his whole soul, he supported the most charities than any other celebrity.

I recently read that he once asked a fan, “what do you do to make the world a better place?”

Wow what would you answer if he asked you that? What change can we make individually to make the world a better place? That’s our job.

Happy birthday Michael the King of our Hearts before the King of Pop may you rest if heavenly peace and enjoy your party in London and in Heaven 🙏🏽❤️

Learning the steps is only the beginning… 🎭🔥

A little behind-the-scenes look at our Intermediate students rehearsing “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’” for our showcase.

Once the choreography is learned, the real performance training begins:

✨ Finding and remembering stage positions
✨ Understanding formations and spacing
✨ Learning entrances, exits and transitions
✨ Developing projection and stage presence
✨ Performing with confidence and expression
✨ Working together as one team

We want our students to become performers, not just dancers.

Giving them opportunities to rehearse on stage helps them understand how completely different it feels from the studio — and builds the confidence, discipline and performance skills they can take to the stage. ❤️

🇮🇳 VANDE MATARAM | Proud to be Indian in Britain 🇮🇳

As India celebrates its 80th Independence Day, we celebrate through something that speaks straight from our hearts — dance. ❤️

Our performance of Vande Mataram holds such special meaning for us. A song that has inspired generations, Vande Mataram was composed by Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay around 150 years ago and went on to become a powerful symbol of India’s freedom movement. 🇮🇳

This year, our ladies had the incredible privilege of learning this beautiful choreography from the esteemed Smt Dona Gangulyji, renowned Odissi dancer, who personally came to teach our Dance To Inspire ladies. 🙏🏽

For those of us who call Britain home while carrying India in our hearts, our culture, music and dance connect us to our roots and each other, and allow us to proudly share our heritage with the country we live in. 🇮🇳🇬🇧

Two cultures. One identity. So much to be proud of.
