The centre is the most exciting leisure facility for cyclists in London and the south east of England. It has purpose built road & off road tracks to give you a great cycling experience in a car free environment. So whether you are looking for a great day out for the whole family, big air on your BMX or an area for training then Redbridge Cycling Centre is the place for you. We also welcome runner

s, skaters, nordic skiers and skateboarders for circuit bookings and casual use. The Centre holds a number of fitness classes and there are three rooms that are available for hire. The Centre has a number of adapted bikes for disabled users which can be hired. Redbridge Cycling Centre has qualified British Cycling coaches on site and offers school holiday courses, coaching for schools and can teach customers how to ride.
