I teach group classes (mainly to busy active over40s) at The Limes Centre in Chigwell and also offer 1:1 sessions, both in person and online via Zoom. There's a healthy mix of strength and releasement in my classes so you enjoy a good balance of body-mind-breath content, t

horough alignment cues and fresh ways to move. I am keen to share the benefits of Yoga, Pilates & Somatic Moves to existing practitioners and newcomers who benefit from regular sessions and continuously develop their flexibility and increase their movement function. My knowledge and experience is gained from over 15 years of teaching, with a thorough and ongoing personal commitment to continuously update my skills so that I can help you achieve a better quality of life both on and off your mat.

I often receive many encouraging feedbacks from regular attendees especially noting stronger or more supple bodies, reduced back pain etc. But let’s not forget the Mental Health & Wellbeing benefits too 💛 A calmer mind, an uplifted mood, an emotional release, deeper breath connections. Movement that really does nourish so much more than the body.
