The 8 week programme was a success. All previous PB where done at 90kg BW
Current BW: 85kg
SQUAT: 240KG (10KG PB)ā
BENCH: 140KG (10KG PB)ā
DEADLIFT: 240KG (10KG PB)ā
TOTAL: 620KGā
Time rest up for the week and go again to chase bigger numbers. 30kg overall jump is a big shock as I was expecting a 5 kg jump on each lift. 110kg (total) jump from 2018. Big plus, with the lockdown and injuries I had. The program is now available on my website. Head over and get ready to feel uncomfortable!
