August, what a fab fun month. A yoga festival, friends, yoga, a new turn begins round the (eclipsed) sun, other trips and gifts… 🦁 Leo life has whizzed by.

Life keeps moving and September isn’t far off and with that comes the feeling of starting a fresh. Back to school vibes have never left me. So this September see the start of a new five week vinyasa course at the Cricket club on Tuesday and for those that like their practice a little more slow and meditative there’s Yin a Thursday at the Golf club.

I’m back after having had the best time . I’m a little sad I have to wait a whole year for the next one.

Big thanks to all these amazing people for such awesome yoga classes, talks, music & singing. Thanks too to some of the most lovely stall holders. My heart is lighter and so are my pockets. 😅🙏💖

I’m in France camping. My main priority when packing was to remember to pack my mat.

After a day of travelling yesterday it was great to roll it out this morning for a stretch in this quiet little spot I found on the campground.

🌞Some of my practice of YOGA this morning on International Yoga Day & a Sunny Summer Solstice. Grateful to wake to such a warm and sunny one.

So YOGA… well it means Union/Connection/Yoking. Today I felt more connected than usual with nature as my backdrop I easily dropped my awareness onto my breath and let the movement flow.

🧘🏻‍♀️Sitting to meditate after the asana today felt comfortable and soothing with sun on my back and a connection with my inner self.

😅 Whether it’s a heatwave or a blizzard outside, finding time somewhere for a little movement, breathing and focused concentration helps to settle the mind and soothe the senses.
