They say all good thing must come to an end, and this week saw the end of our first five-week Nourish & Nurture Yin course at our lovely new venue, Sene Valley Golf club.

However, they also say that all good things come in twos, which is why we are excited to announce a fresh set of dates have opened for booking. So if you weren't able to join the last Yin course, here is your chance to!

Do you sleep badly? Suffer Menopause symptoms? Experience stress or stiffness?

Our latest class offering launching next Thursday can help address such issues.

The class will run at Hythe Sene Valley Golf Club on Thursdays at 6:30pm.

Join us each week to relax and unwind so you sleep better and feel better, perfectly timed so you’re ready for the weekend.

In our serene location, we have a snug warm space to practice in plus there is loads of free parking right outside the door.

This five-week course is perfect for anyone interested in trying a more relaxing type of Yoga, those who are completely new to Yoga or return to Yoga after a break.

Join me for a new Yin yoga relaxation class in Hythe staying soon.

Not heard of Yin yoga? ☯️

Yin yoga is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, where poses are held from between a minute to five or ten minutes in order to allow deep connective tissues like the joints, fascia and ligaments to release.

Yin is a practice that is deeply relaxing and meditative so helpful for letting go of stress. The poses are predominately seated or lying down so it is great for all levels of yoga experience.

Nourish & Nurture Yin is the GWY style of yin yoga. It focuses on the traditional practice of Yin by working on meridan pathways and their associated paired organs but Gemma also weaves in meditation, breathwork, and Qi Gong practices.
