There is an old Chinese proverb that says:

"The man who removes a mountain begins by carrying away small stones."

Simply put, our biggest goals can be near on impossible if faced all in one go. But by identifying the small steps that are actually needed, we can successfully achieve our goal over time.

The gratitude loop is really empowering, particularly when we are intentional and specific with our gratitude giving.

Why?
One of the biggest questions we can ever ask, yet all too often we simply stop asking.

Be your toddler self!
Ask why and then continue asking until you reach an answer that otherwise you may never have found.

This practice won't necessarily change who you are or what you do. But it will bring awareness. And awareness is always so empowering.
