🏌️‍♂️ We’re back with another instalment of our Rehab on the Range series, created by our brilliant physiotherapy, occupational therapy s and sports rehabilitation students here at Brierley Forest Golf Club.

They spotlight a common golfing injuries or conditions — and show how smart rehab, mobility, and prevention can keep you swinging strong and pain‑free.

This week’s focus: Lower Back Pain. Learn how to spot the signs, stretch it out, and keep your game on form.

How to get started:
Just open your BRS Members App and tap the orange “Golf Events & Handicapping” button. You’ll be guided to install the BRS Scoring App, where you’ll find all competitions, handicaps, and results for BFGC.

What an unbelievable achievement for our very own Connor “The Gunner” King! From supporting him at the start of his darting journey to seeing him crowned EAST MIDLANDS JUNIOR OPEN CHAMPION 2026, we couldn’t be prouder.

Connor has shown incredible dedication, talent and maturity on the oche — and this latest win proves he’s a rising star with a massive future ahead of him.
