Hi everyone!

I’m a Body Control Pilates teacher and will be teaching mat Pilates at Wellness34 Hurstpierpoint on Sunday mornings.

Class times and descriptions below:

💫9am: Mat Pilates - Slow & Steady

• A gentle and slow-paced class, encouraging mobility and challenging stability.

💫10am: Mat Pilates - Dynamic

• An energising class that focuses on building strength, coordination and control, whilst maintaining ease in the body.
