We start the season on Sunday 30th August.

U6–U9: 10am–11am
U10–U11: 10am–11.15am

Girls’ groups
U12, U14 and U16: 11.15am-12.45pm

Boys’ groups
U12: 10am–11.15am
U13: 10am–11.30am
U14–Colts: 11.15am–12.45pm

Last Wednesday evening HRFC Juniors kicked off its partnership with the team at . Session one saw 40 of our rugby players across four teams put through baseline fitness testing. Over the next 6 weeks, EveryoneActive will be working with us at Wednesday evening training to help our players drive improvement in their overall fitness. This will give them a huge sense of achievement and help HRFC be game-ready in time for the start of the season. Know someone who would love to get involved? Come join us tomorrow!!

We would like to remind everyone that the entire rugby field is strictly a no-dogs area. This is clearly signposted, and we ask that visitors please respect this rule.

This is not simply about keeping the pitch looking tidy. Dog waste can create a serious health risk on a playing surface where rugby players are regularly in contact with the ground, mud and grass. It also affects the quality of the pitch and makes it harder for the grass to recover and regrow during the off-season.

We appreciate that many people enjoy walking their dogs, but please help us keep the rugby pitch safe and ready for everyone who uses it.

Great start to our new partnership this week 💪

🏉 A great start to an exciting new partnership! 💪

This week we joined Hungerford Rugby Juniors at their training session for the first of a six-week strength and conditioning programme.

The players completed a series of fitness tests to establish their baseline, and we’re looking forward to seeing their progress and improvements over the coming weeks. It’s fantastic to be working alongside the club to support the development of these young athletes 🙌
