White Rose Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Welcome joining our fun and friendly White Rose Rhythmic Gymnastics Club .Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport combines gymnastics and dances with apparatus.

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport for everyone developing grace, coordination, ability and artistry. It is always performed to music with the gymnast using one of the apparatus': rope, ball, hoop, clubs or ribbon. Behind the flawless beauty of the sport lies a complex combination of high criteria and firm requirements of the content of the routines and the degrees of difficulty involved, plus the tec

hniques of handling the apparatus. There are two types of competition in Rhythmic gymnastics: Individuals and Groups. Both are Olympic disciplines. Rhythmic Gymnastics is practised in all over the world with many competitions throught the year. White Rose Rhythmic Gymnastics Club has classes in Huddersfield for children aged 5-14 for all levels. Rhythmic gymnastics is a fantastic way for children to stay active, build confidence, have fun, and make new friends while learning an exciting sport.
