Massive thanks to all that attended our Christmas holiday Pro Day. We hope you all learned something you can take back to your clubs but most importantly, all enjoyed yourself. We hope to see you all again in the near future, keep an eye on our social media pages for all details.

We’re excited to let you know that we’re finally back after a short break.

On 29th December, from 9am–12pm, we’ll be running a Level Up RL Pro Day for school years 6 to 11. The session will take place at the brand-new Indoor Athletes Collective facility in Milnsbridge.

We’ll be making full use of their indoor wrestle area, skills area, and strength & conditioning gym. Please note that spaces are limited due to facility size, so make sure to get in touch soon to secure your place.

With the day being held at the new indoor athlete collective training facility.

The day will included core skills, wrestling, conditioning and strength training.

Age = School Year 7 to Year 11.

Time = 10am till 2pm
Cost = £20
Venue = Huddersfield YMCA, New Hey Road, HD3 3HX

The day will include attack focused skill, defence focused skill, strength and conditioning, speed and agility work.

We will be joined by Kane Daniels to lead on strength and conditioning.
