One thing I’ve learnt, both as a parent and through years of working with children, is that confidence isn’t something we either have or we don’t.
Confidence is a muscle.
We have to work at it.
At Tumble Tots we don’t need children to get everything right. We want them to feel safe enough to try, to get it wrong, to try again; To experience that wonderful moment when “I can’t” eventually becomes “I did it!”
We don’t need to make our children confident overnight. We just need to keep giving them opportunities to exercise the confidence muscle.
And I’ll see you next week, ready to start exercising it again. 💛

We’re not just another soft play experience 💛
There’s a reason behind what we do at Tumble Tots.
Every climb, balance, jump and roll gives children the opportunity to develop their strength, coordination, balance, confidence and independence — all while they’re busy having fun.
Our equipment and activities are carefully planned for each stage of development, with skills building as your child grows.
And in our younger classes, you’re part of it too. You’ll be right there encouraging, supporting and celebrating those little “I did it!” moments with them.
It might look like play. But there’s an awful lot of learning going on.
We’re back on Monday 7th September.

I'm very lucky to have a fantastic team working alongside me in our classes…but when WhatsApp says ‘the team will get back to you’…apparently that's me 🤣
Like so many small business owners, there are rather a lot of hats involved behind the scenes — classes, enquiries, bookings, accounts, marketing, equipment, planning...and apparently cooking dinner while answering messages.
But there's a lovely side to that too.
When you message Tumble Tots Sheffield & Huddersfield, you're talking to the same person who plans the classes, teaches your children and gets to know your family.
So if I don't reply immediately, chances are I'm teaching, driving, sanding something, doing the accounts... or making the tea.
